deficiency
is a rare genetic disorder characterized a lack
of the enzyme ornithine transcarbamylase (OTC). that breaks down and removes
of nitrogen the body. An accumulation of nitrogen, in the form of ammonia,
travels to the central nervous symptoms that include vomiting, refusal
to eat, progressive lethargy, and coma. OTC deficiency is inherited as
an X-linked recessive trait. This maens that a male with one x chromosome
